HeavyFeet Loves No Assembly Firm...

Yo yo, another bumpty mix arriving here from the HF camp. Now for this mix the plan was to dig out some old vinyl and record a wee mix at the same time as gaining some inspiration for further mixes in this here series. However, the first record I pulled out was No Assembly Firm's 'All Jacked Up', a big favourite of mine, so the vinyl set idea got canned and NAF became the feature of mix number three.
No Assembly Firm comprise of Justin Long and Dan X and hail from Chicago. Now I can't tell you a huge amount about Dan X, but I do know that I saw Justin Long play a couple of years back in Nottingham and, as well as being pretty small, he's one seriously kick ass DJ. Mr. Long also runs .Dotbleep records outta Chi-Town, although unfortunately there appears to have been a shift in sound away from the bumpty biznezz featured in this mix over the last year or so.
As well as the NAF tracks on .Dotbleep included in the mix, be sure to check out the Mark Militano track and the early Sawtooth Sucka EP as they're all well massive.
